- Grease a 20cm by 20cm tray approximately and place the rolls in the tray..
- Tightly cover the tray with clingfilm and allow to proof for 90 minutes in a warm place..
- Once the rolls have doubled in size preheat oven to 190c and bake for around 25 minutes-30 minutes. If the top is getting browned too quickly cover loosely with foil..
- While it's baking make the icing. Whisk together the icing sugar, vanilla and expresso. Set aside..
- Once the rolls are cooked, remove them from the oven and drizzle with the icing..
