Instructions to make Chicken Fried Rice:

  1. Boil water in a pot and add rice, salt and oil into it. Drain the excess water when the rice is cooked. (Avoid over cooking the rice).
  2. Heat 4 tablespoon Vegetable oil in a wok and add chicken, salt and 1 teaspoon pepper powder and stir fry.Then add sliced onions and when the onions turn slight brown in color, add chopped beans and carrots. Saute the vegetable along with the chicken.(The Vegetables should not loose it's crispness).
  3. Add chopped capsicum (green pepper) and soya sauce,vinegar to stir fried chicken and vegetable. Add cooked rice.Sprinkle sugar and pepper powder and chopped spring Onion. turn the stove off and keep the wok covered for a minute. Fried Rice is ready to serve now :).
