Egg Biryani, an another biryani recipe to my collections of biryani. Before moving to the recipe, i have to confess few things about Egg Biryani. Egg Biryani is wholesome one pot meal made by cooking together fragrant long grain basmati rice and spiced hard boiled eggs topped with caramelized onions.   9. Always check taste of salt etc.
  10. Layering process is important keep everything nearby.
  11. In a big pot spread 2 tbsp oil and 1/4 cup water, divide rice in 3 portions will make 2 layers of everything..
  12. Put some rice than Marinated eggs, potato and capsicum than pour half tomato sauce, than cover with rice layer again repeat with veggies and tomatoes sauce than cover lastly with rice sprinkle 1tbsp oil and 3_4 tbsp water on top, put pot on Tawa on high flame for 5_7mins than give dum on low flame..
