The ingredients needed to make Biryani Rice:

- {Take 2 cups of parboiled Long grain rice(basmati).

- {Prepare of Seasoning.
- {Prepare of Grounded scotch bonnet and garlic.
- {Take of Turmeric.
- {Get of Biryani Masala.

Steps to make Biryani Rice:
- Slice onion and fry until golden brown.
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients and refrigerate for about 30 mins.
- Parboil rice with 2 cardamom.
- In a pan add 1/3 cup oil. Grounded ginger, white n black pepper, turmeric, cumin, bay leaf, seasoning and stir.
- Add marinated chicken, biryani masala, parsley, and half the yogurt and stir after about 5 mins,.
- Cover pot well with foil paper. Add drop of yellow food color to remaining half yogurt.
- After chicken is soft add the remaining yogurt then add half the rice, peppers, and stir well then add the fried onion.
- Cover and allow for about 3 mins add the remaining white rice but don’t stir.
- On the coal and Using a small foil paper put in rice and add few drops of oil and close IMMEDIATELY. (For the smokey taste).
- Stir gently to retain the white color and you’re done ☑️.
