  1. In a pot heat oil add onion slices fry till golden, now add g.g paste and chilli paste, add chicken and fry it well for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add tikka masala, fennel seeds powder, crushed coriander seeds, crushed cumin, black pepper powder, salt and beaten yogurt, cook chicken for 15 minutes, After wards add tomato slices, green chillies, mint leaves and water according to rice..
  3. Bring it to boil adjust salt accordingly, now add soaked rice into boiling water,and cook on high flame till water dries out.
  4. Add few drops of kewra water and put it on dum for 15 minutes, enjoy chicken pulao with green chutney, salad, raita or achar whatever you want..
