  4. Heat oil in a pan add whole garam masalas.
  5. Add onion,ginger and garlic saute well.
  6. Add salt and turmeric powder and red chilli Powder.
  7. Now add the chicken pieces and saute well.
  8. Cover it on low heat till it is soft.
  9. Now add tomato and curd mix well till it is soft.
  10. Add the rice, sprinkle ghee and sugar toss well and switch off.
