  3. In another pot on fire, pour in quantity of oil required, add pepper, garlic and ginger and stir fry a bit.
  4. Add your seasoning (Maggi, salt) and the stock water (as required to cook, not much because the rice as been parboiled) stir.
  5. Add pound dry spices (curiander, cinnamon and caddimon) and stir.
  6. Add in origano spice, 7 spice, all spice and black pepper supreme spice stir and cover to boil.
  7. Once the ingredients boil, pour in the parboiled Basmati rice stir with wooden spoon.
  8. Pour in the dark soy sauce as required (it should not be over), stir and cover well and allow to cook on medium heat.
  9. Once water dry, off the fire and dish out your rice.
  10. Best serve hot with chicken or fish at the side..
